These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “student,” “user”) and Epical Health, LLC, governing your enrollment in and use of the Epical Health Online CDI Academy.

1. Eligibility
To access the Epical Health Online CDI Academy, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally capable of entering a binding agreement
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Be a current or aspiring healthcare or coding professional
We reserve the right to deny access or terminate enrollment if information is found to be false or misleading.
2. Intellectual Property & Course Use
All course materials — including video content, PDFs, slides, quizzes, assessments, and templates — are the exclusive property of Epical Health, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal learning only.
You may not:
Copy, download, screen-record, or redistribute content
Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access
Resell, sublicense, or use content to create a competing course
Violations may result in:
Immediate termination of access without refund
Civil or criminal legal action for copyright infringement
3. Payments, Refunds & Pricing
3.1 Payments
Payment is due in full at time of enrollment unless otherwise specified
All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice
Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay)
3.2 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund under these conditions:
You request a refund in writing via Info@epicalhealth.com
You have completed less than 20% of the course content
Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of enrollment
No refunds will be issued:
After 7 days
If over 20% of the course has been accessed
For digital downloads or certificates
4. Access, Account Use & Security
You are responsible for maintaining your login confidentiality
Course access duration is as stated at time of purchase (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or lifetime access)
Shared accounts or multiple-user access is strictly prohibited
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.
5. Student Conduct
By enrolling, you agree to uphold:
Professional, respectful behavior in forums, chats, and live sessions
Zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, spamming, or disruption
Compliance with academic integrity and U.S. law
We reserve the right to remove or block any user violating community standards, with or without prior notice.
6. Certification Disclaimer
Students who complete all modules, assessments, and requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion.
This certificate:
Confirms successful participation in Epical Health’s training
Is not a professional license or national certification
Does not guarantee employment or job placement
Recognition is at the discretion of employers and credentialing bodies.
7. Technology Requirements
To use our platform, you must have:
A stable internet connection
A current browser and updated device
Access to email for login verification and notifications
We are not responsible for issues caused by local internet outages, outdated systems, or device incompatibility.
8. Termination & Enforcement
We may terminate your access without refund if:
You breach these Terms
You engage in misconduct or abuse
You use, share, or duplicate our proprietary content without permission
We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for intellectual property violations or unauthorized use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Epical Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee certification, licensure, income, or employment
Educational services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”
Use of course materials is solely at your own discretion and risk.
